COVID-19 Safety & Studio Changes
What a whirlwind this has been. We are grateful to still be here, and for all your support during these trying times.
We prioritize the health and safety of everyone in the studio!

Update to Our In-Studio Mask PolicyLovely Aerial Students…as of Monday March 14th 2022 we are making changes to our studio covid-policies along with the Nevada City Schools.
If you are unvaccinated we ask that you still wear a mask in the studio please!
If you are vaccinated and wish to remove your mask in class, this is now up to you. Instructors will be doing the same. This is based on the honor system.
We will still be checking Please still do temperature checks on arrival- if you have a temperature or symptoms please still call us to early-cancel your class.
Other important notes:
- If you are symptomatic and have a positive test (PCR or antigen): we ask for a minimum quarantine of 5 days until you have either no symptoms or a negative test
- If you are asymptomatic positive: minimum quarantine 5 days and we ask for no symptoms OR a negative test before you return to the studio
- If you have a close contact exposure and you are vaccinated - we require no quarantine, just a negative test to return to the studio
- If you have a close contact exposure and you are unvaccinated - we ask for a minimum quarantine of 5 days; if you have no symptoms we then ask for a negative test OR a 10 day quarantine

Studio Sanitation
Our studio might look a little different when you first return. This is what you can expect to see:
- Class sizes are small - with a maximum of 6-10 people in the room to maintain at least 6-foot distance
- Note we are now sharing fabrics and apparatus - recent research has shown that surface spreading is minimal ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/more/science-and-research/surface-transmission.html )
- We installed our own washer/dryer in the old seating area of the studio so that we can wash all the fabrics in-house frequently.
- There's hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE!
- After each class, every piece of aerial equipment is fogged with a Thymol solution, a non-toxic cleaner that won't harm our fabrics, but will kill viruses and germs
- Fabrics are frequently washed using our in-house washer.
- We have removed our communal water dispenser, but added in a large sink for refilling water bottles. The water here is NID water, if you would like filtered water, please bring your own to class.
Class Changes and Requirements
In order to accommodate these changes, we've shifted our ENTIRE schedule. Please check the new class schedule out on our "Schedule" page, linked below. Classes will look a little different to you too, this is what you can expect:
- Please expect a health-check when you arrive. This involves us taking your temperature and asking you a few questions
- We ask that everyone please wears a mask to their class - both teachers and students. It should be well-fitting (since you might be going upside down!) and comfortable to you. We recommend testing a few out at home first - there are plenty that are now made for working out in. Yes, they take some getting-used to, but they will not reduce your oxygen intake
- Your warm up will focus on mobility, agility and stretching. We will keep cardio work to a minimum for your comfort
- Classes will be structured so that you will not need to be spotted. HOWEVER, there are circumstances where your physical safety may require our help. In most cases, we will keep 6ft of distance between you and your teacher, but they may step in to assist you if necessary. If this happens, they will hand-sanitize before continuing with class
- During class, the doors will be open and the fans will be on if the weather is permitting, we also have HEPA air filter machines in each room.
- Please clean your mat and any other ground equipment you used in class before leaving (blocks, straps, bars etc...)
- Please clean your cubby before you leave with the provided cleaner and rag :)
- If you would like to bring your own aerial equipment for class, this is possible, but it must be checked out by us ahead of time and you must sign an additional equipment waiver. Please do not bring your equipment to class without contacting us about it ahead of time.
Pricing Shifts
All of these changes have been expensive, and since we are reducing class sizes too, we have had to make some changes to our pricing. If you have a pack with us already, this is what you can expect:
We will not reactivate any pack until you tell us you are ready to return. We will not force you to train yet if you are not ready. COVID-19 is not over, we are still amidst a pandemic. We will abide by any state regulations required of us to keep you safe, but your own comfort is our ultimate priority. All packs stay on hold until you contact us to reactivate them, by any of the below means:

- A 5, 10 or 20 class pack will remain active for the period of time remaining on your account with no additional charges. You may use these up when you return :)
- 30-day 3x per week and unlimited PACKS will be reactivated once you return for the period of time you had remaining on the pack
- For CONTRACTS, your existing month will be honored completely, and when reactivated, you will have the same period of time remaining on it as you had when we closed. HOWEVER, after that, contracts will be cancelled, at no cost to you. If you choose to start a new contract, we will give you 5% off the first purchase :)
