Beginning Aerial Silks: Part 3 w/ Ronja
4-Week Beginning Aerial Silks Series PART 3! (16+) w/ Ronja
These are 90-min classes (longer than our drop-in classes) go for 4 consecutive weeks. The series costs $115 for the 4 classes.Need more swinging, spinning, and hang out time in your life? Come join us! This introductory level class series will introduce you to the Aerial Fabric (silks. No experience required – but if you did the previous series that started in January or March – there will be some new skills to work on, as well as some review. This is a body friendly class designed to build strength and flexibility in a laid back and supportive environment. There will be a group warm-up for each class, then the class will focus on fun skills on aerial silks. Learn to climb, tie footlocks, hipkeys, how to go upside down, swing around, and much more!! 4 weeks to enjoy work out and play time, at the same time... Beginning Aerial Sling: Part 2 (16+)

Beginning Aerial Sling Series PART 2! w/ Sara
This series is oriented towards building on the skills learned in the previous series. But it will also be accessable to people who are new to aerial arts.
Have you always wanted to try aerial dance and weren’t sure where to start? Aerial Sling (or Hammock) is a supportive and uplifting way to try it out! The loop of fabric that opens can create a whole variety of fun shapes and positions. Classes will start with a solid warmup including strength and mobility work, and then we will focus on learning skills on this aerial apparatus that literally will get you lifted and maybe even inverted (which just might change your whole perspective on life ;)). We'll end with a relaxing cool-down.You do not have to 'already be strong' - we will tailor the circus challenges to your unique body!

If you are sick - please stay home. If you have COVID symptoms or are exposed to COVID, we require a negative test before returning to class. We are very sorry that we do not offer refunds for missed days due to illness - but you can make up a class in one of our weekly drop-in classes within 1 month of your recovery.
